Our group responses are as follows:
Because we live in small spaces we have the following exercise equipment: stationary bike; rower; Stairmaster; Ab roller; jump rope; stress balls; therapeutic bands; bicycle; bicycle hat & water bottle.
Appropriate clothing & shoes for each season.
This exercise some how led me to do my kids closet.
Our group responses are: Because the majority of us live in small spaces the only exercise equipment we would have is a bicycle, water bottle, bicycle hat, appropriate clothing for each season and stationary bike.
I don’t have much sports equipment if I am honest, although there is some in our shed and junk room. What is within easy reach I have organised and wiped down.
