Just the other day received invitation to go out for breakfast (a greasy weight gain one). I replied: “Thank you but I’ve just started a new diet to heal my adrenals…when I become proficient at this new way of cooking, we’ll have you over for breakfast at our restaurant” My friend smiled and said: sounds good!
