Hi ! I need motivation to get organised to lose weight. I can organise everyone else but not myself. I don’t know where how to fit it in. Mary
I’ve yo-yo’d up and down most of my life. I’m tired of being tired, overweight, and overwhelmed. I started a workout plan with a friend just over a year ago and have lost 30 pounds in that year’s time. 30 pounds is great, but is only the tip of the iceburg. I have a long ways to get where I’d like to be. I’ve signed up for a weight loss challenge at the family Y with my friend and her husband as the 3rd in a 3 person team. I’m hoping that this will be the extra motivation that I need to kickstart another focused intensity time for me to really work to get some weight off! I’m hoping that this plan will help me as well! Very excited to be doing this.
Day 6 Yay…gonna complete 30 days like this
Hello. I need to make changes so I can succeed. I never hold myself accountable when it comes to weight loss.
I’m a little late. My biggest challenge is finding the time to work out. I eat a well balanced diet I never binge but i suppose i dont eat often enough or at the right time.
I have ADHD and overweight. I think about dieting 24/7. Just starting and staying on a diet and not getting side tracked are big problems.
I did the find your motivation task at the start of January as part of the 52WLM. I have a little review today just to make sure that nothing new occurred to me, and also that nothing was on my motivational lists just because I thought it ought to be on there. So all set!
Hello from California! Just finished the finding my motivation list, and it was interesting to note how my motivations have changes as I prepare to enter a new decade of life. Looking for a visual reminder of the motivating theme. Glad to be doing this thirty days with you!
Hello,
I am back home since a week ready to jump in to various get organized activities. I forgot about this one, but my planning was to start a healthy month to get some blood values back to normal so the timing is perfect. I’m going to read the chaptrs now.

This is a wonderful program written by Michele Connolly. Your #1 in our book.
Our reasons for weight loss: exercising for our health and healthy eating to nourish our bodies. Remember, you are worth more than you realize. With a positive attitude you will achieve the weight you desire.
I love organization! I had family come stay with me and now everything is unorganized again:( So this will help. Plus, I’m on a diet at the same time. Thanks for this program:)
I’m here! Time to get going on so many things that I’ve been procrastinating with.
My biggest problem is stress eating, reward eating, celebration eating, you name it. My other biggest problem is never making exercise a priority over family and house needs. I have trouble taking time to exercise when the house is a mess and the “me” I do take tends to be downtime.
Hi I’m a day late in joining, but I’m ready to give it a try. Two years ago I lost 30 lbs but last year gained 15 of it back. I’m want to lose a total of 60 lbs so here goes!
It’s hardest for me not to eat at night in front of the TV…I’m not hungry…just putting the food in my mouth and can’t seem to stop
Hello! I think my biggest problem is maintaining the changes that I make for a long lasting impact. It is easy for me to revert back to my old ways.
Hi, My biggest problem is doing things like this alone.
Hi all! My biggest problem is the late night snacking along with not being able to workout as much as I used. The new career I started nine months ago and it has limited my available time to get it in during the workweek. Looking forward to getting started just in time before summer begins.
