    Assign a Meaning to a Color such as the following suggestions:
    Green for finances
    Blue for medical
    Red for emergency items
    Use colored pens for your filing cabinet for your clients to differentiate the files.
    Your day planner and your desk calendar use different colored inks to organize your appointments and meetings.
