Last week we organized your diet – this week we turn to exercise.
Do you wish you could be one of those people who exercises consistently? You can be!
A big part of the challenge of having a workable fitness plan is getting organized – which we’re just about to do. Once you’ve covered that, the battle is half-won.
Remember: you only need 30 minutes for the basic mission. Extended Options are below.

Our organizing for exercise would be as follows: If you have disabilities consult your licensed physician before starting an exercise program. Walking; weight training; stationary cycling; treadmill and dancing!
Our fitness supplies would be as follows: Exercise clothes; appropriate shoes; a bag that fits around your waste for exercise only; water bottle; a jacket for cold/rainy weather and rain cap; Lightweight digital radio with ear buds keep one ear open so you can hear your surroundings and exercise mat.
We would walk daily and do our other exercises three times a week.
