A constant influx of emails, newspapers, magazines, catalogues, and social media updates can create a strong feeling of overwhelm in our lives.
Today let’s simplify these information subscriptions…

Our group responses are as follows: Suggestion use three window shutters which you could paint; stain or varnish & nail to the wall. Slip your notes; mail; photos & important information: to do list; appointment cards; messages, etc.
Look at your emails, newspapers, magazines & catalogues once & then trash. Spend 15 minutes per day on your emails & unsubscribe to emails you do not wish to receive. Newspapers magazines & catalogues can be read online. Only subscribe to the ones that are of interest to you or your hobby.
If you have lots of articles kept over the years scan into your computer, then trash.
If you have lots of cards from the past & wish to keep them. Place them in a scrapbook.
Books: 1st editions I would keep; books you don’t read or enjoy can be donated to your local library or a local book club. High School or College books you no longer need or use donate to your local school library.
Facebook to read postings from friends; chat with friend twice a day at certain time each day!
I have already been on an unsubscribe binge for the last month or so. I’ve thrown out magazines galore as well.
